Invoices are available under “All Orders”. Just select the appointment and tap “Download Invoice.”

What happens if the doctor cancels or misses the consultation?

You’ll be notified immediately. You can either reschedule or get a full refund, as per your preference.

How do I make a payment for a consultation?

We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking for both in-clinic and video consultation bookings. If you selected Pay Later, payment can be made at the clinic directly.

How do I track my position in the in-clinic queue?

Live queue status is shown on your appointment card on the day of your visit. You can check how many patients are ahead of you and plan your visit accordingly.

Where can I find my prescription after consultation?

Prescriptions are shared digitally after your consultation and are visible in both the appointment chat and the Medical Records section.
